Helping You Heal Your Relationship with Food, Your Body, and Yourself

Hey there! I’m Stacey, a licensed clinical psychotherapist practicing virtually in New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns with food, body image, or addiction that feel impossible to break, you’re in the right place. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help.

I’ve spent my career specializing in eating disorders, body image struggles, and addiction, working in settings ranging from residential treatment centers to outpatient rehab facilities. I’ve seen firsthand how exhausting it is to battle these challenges every day, and I know how hard it can be to ask for support. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—because healing isn’t about being “fixed,” it’s about discovering a path that actually works for you.

I take a trauma-focused, person-centered approach, meaning we’ll focus on what you need, not some one-size-fits-all solution. I also integrate a weight inclusive approach to help you heal your relationship with food and your body in a way that feels freeing, not restrictive. And if 12-step programs are part of your journey, I’m familiar with that world too.

Beyond eating disorders and addiction, I also support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My goal? To create a space where you can show up as you are—messy, unsure, human—and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Let’s take that next step together.

Therapy is most helpful when I see clients at least 1x weekly. The work begins in the session and continues afterward. I am here for you to show up as you are, I just ask that you show up willing to try. You don’t need to censor any part of yourself. Ready to do the work? Reach out!
